How to apply for the GPhC Exam
First of all, to apply for the GPhC exam (registration assessment) you must meet the eligibility criteria, this includes:
- UK Graduate - you are a graduate from a UK-based University and have obtained a Masters Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm).
- European Graduate - you have graduated from a European University and have obtained a Masters Degree or equivalent.
- Non-EU, OSPAP Graduate - you are a graduate of Pharmacy from outside the EU and have completed your 52-week OSPAP.
If you are included in one of these categories you can make an application via the myGPhC website.
When filling out the form you must ensure that you enclose ALL of the required supporting documentation listed on the assessment entry form, and complete the form correctly. If you do not follow this guidance, your application will not be processed and you will not be able to sit the assessment. Please remember to follow GPhC regulations and if you send in the hardcopy make sure you get official proof of postage which is tracked when you send them your documents. Remember they do not provide confirmation of receipt either by telephone or email, so it is up to you to correctly send it to them. Documents will only be validated once they have been processed.
