The guarantee presented on this website is only valid for the initial purchase of a course and not for any subsequent purchase of course presented on this site. Upon receipt of the physical transcript a refund will be made in full, PCPA cannot take the responsibility for fees incurred during the transaction, therefore PCPA asks users to choose the presented transaction mediums with due caution.
Any claim for a refund from this site should be dealt with first through the administration via email. If this is unsuccessful please contact the company which dealt with the transaction.
